The Adventure Continues

 It's been an interesting month. Work has been... work. Just, more of it, lately, which has been sapping my energy for pretty much anything else. But I need to write! My mental health demands it.

Grim Reminders is back in full swing which has been great. Haven't written anything today, but that's because I decided to tackle some administrative things, and they turned out to be more of a headache than I'd intended.

Or rather, I've switched hosting providers and it takes forever for stuff to propagate so I don't really know what broke and what just hasn't worked its way through let. (Blogger is on the list of not-quite-there-yet, although it's closer. The URL works again, I just have to reapply for the security certificate, so... sorry about that. It's coming. Hoping by tomorrow?)

I've gotten better at finding potential comparisons for my books, and stumbled into this beauty of a series today: Starship's Mage. Look at that. That's just the kind of books I'm working to right, and they sound awesome. I bought the one he recommended to start with. Can't read it yet - I'll never get my own work done, I'll want to read all the things - but when I'm done this draft I'll reward myself before jumping into edits.

I've added this series to my list to purchase as a reward for finally publishing Mordena Dawn, because he loves writing magic as technology just as much as I do, clearly. 

But also, he's everywhere I want to be in the next few years. 

Publishing goals. I'll get there.
