Book Review: Glynn Stewart

In the process of hunting for comps for my books, I stumbled across Glynn Stewart, and now I have to read all his books because they are amazing.

Starship's Mage is the series I stumbled into, a science fantasy series merging magic and technology much like I like to do. Haven't read any of that one, because I want to get my own series out and published first, so saving it as a treat for after, to celebrate.

I did read The Terran Privateer though, and snagged the rest of the series after I finished it because I enjoyed it that much. This one is straight Sci Fi, so fun with new technologies, humans as the new kids on the block, and a lot of examinations of the challenges of staying true to your own morals when backed against the wall with mostly personal emotions and only a fraction of the information you wished you had.

It also has a diverse cast of characters, of different nationalities and romantic preferences, with no special fuss made about any of it.

So now I know my self-reward when I hit my publishing milestones. MORE BOOK READING.

If you like science fiction and/or science fantasy, check him out. You won't be disappointed.
